Day 13: Favorite Quote
Hm, a favorite quote from Star Wars?
That’s probably the toughest one so far. Sure, picking a favorite character or scene is hard, but just think of the amount of quotes are in the immense amount of scenes? How good, or cheesy those lines are?
Sure, “May the Force be with you” is a good quote, but of course, overrated.
Another possibly overrated quote, but one that I really...
Day 12: All time favorite scene in any of the...
Hmm, this one’s a real tough one.
Just one scene out of any of the movies? This is just as hard as the battle one. There are so many great scenes, (some of them battles, even!) to choose one is gonna be rough, but here it goes.
Honestly, it’s not that great of a scene, nor does it have very deep significance to really anything in the series for the most part. However, when I first...
Day 11: Favorite Battle
Favorite Star Wars battle?! I don’t really know which one to choose, and I obviously cannot choose all of them. I mean, there’s the battle with Darth Maul, the clones battle on Geonosis, Anakin v. Obi-Wan, destroying the Death Stars, the battle with the Ewoks on Endor.
Hmmmm…decisions, decisions.
I would probably have to say that my favorite battle, by a small margin would...
Day 10: Favorite photo that’s related to Star Wars
As soon as I saw this day, a couple of days down the list I instantly knew the exact picture that is my favorite. It’s not exactly from star wars, though it does have Chewbacca on it, and I laughed pretty damn hard when I first saw it.
A hand-made oil painting of Chewbacca riding a squirrel fighting Nazis.
Not only is it a very well-done painting, but I just don’t even know how one...
Day 9: Favorite movie in the prequel trilogy
MY favorite movie in the Prequel Trilogy (Episode I-III) would probably be Episode II: Attack of the Clones
Maybe not the best from other viewers, or a critic’s perspective, but I really liked it. It had a lot of action, epic battles, suspense, and you got to see the agression of Anakin begin to take over.
The most surprising part to me was something I never thought that I would see....
Winter Break 11-12
Well heading back to college to start the spring semester of 2012. I cannot believe I’ve been home for a month already…it seems like just yesterday it was new years…and Christmas…and that I had just finished trudging through finals week.
I cannot even say I rested this break. Between the holidays, my girlfriend being here, and my 2 week online class, I barely had time to...
Day 8: Favorite movie in the original trilogy
My favorite movie in the original trilogy has got to be Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back.
Obviously not that I don’t like the other movies of course, but I think that this movie had everything in it. It had the action, romance, hints, clues, reveals and suspense that kept you coming back for Episode VI.
I mean, there’s the AT-AT Walkers, epic snow battle, Han gets frozen in...
My future...
**Warning, this is a rant that I had with myself about my future life…it’s kinda long so…warning you all haha**
Been pondering a lot about my future this break. The obstacles in my way, not only due to the fact that the economy is horrible, but the fact of the matter being that there aren’t many jobs. You have to do all that you can do to put yourself out ahead of the...
Day 6: Favorite type of ship, or specific ship
Finally, an easy day for this Star Wars challenge! Favorite ship? This has been my favorite ship in the series since the first time I saw it in Episode IV: A New Hope!
The “X-Wing” fighter that Luke, Wedge, and many of the other fighter pilots use to help attack the enemy TIE-Fighters and destroy the Death Star.
Most notably, Luke uses it to destroy the original Death Star, (also by...

Day 5: Favorite Droid
Hmmm, favorite droid. Well, I DO love R2-D2, but that’s overrated, isn’t it? I also think they tried too hard to make him more comical in the first three movies, as well as C-3PO for comic-relief. But hey, maybe that’s just me, eh?
My favorite droid is from the first few movies, as the Empire switched from the droids to the clones by the third movie. The droid is the...
Me: I think I'm gonna go to sleep now.
TV: lol but good shows are on.
iPod: sleep? Is that a new app?
Sleeping position: lol I'm not gonna be comfortable.
Mind: what's the meaning of life though?
Temperature: lol it's too hot and too cold.
Noises: oh, you said be louder? Okay.
Body: Lol time for itches.
Person I like: Hey
Day 4: Favorite Jedi
Now, sure I already told you that my favorite character of all-time was Obi-Wan Kenobi, who is in fact a Jedi, but again, I’m going to try not to repeat any.
There’s another pretty badass Jedi that I really liked, but unfortunately we didn’t get to see too much of him or see just how powerful he truly was. I’m talking of course about Qui-Gon Jinn, played by the always...
Day 3: Favorite member of the Empire
Well, I don’t really like the Empire all that much…I’m totally on the side of the Rebellion. But I guess if I had to choose somebody from the Empire’s forces, I’d have to pick Darth Sidious.
I pick the Lord of the Sith because for one, he’s the most powerful guy and tricked Anakin into helping him kill Mace Windu (poor Samuel L. Jackson…), and turned him...

Take a moment to remember that the Baha Men took home a grammy for Who Let The Dogs Out? and understand that nothing you do will ever matter
Why do I even bother…
Day 2: Favorite member of the Rebellion
Hmm, I’m going to try not to be repetitive here with characters, but my Rebellion favorite character has got to be Wedge Antilles.
We all may not know his last name (I found it online), but we all remember hearing the name “Wedge.” Wedge helps Luke and the Rebellion take on both Death Stars in Episodes IV, V, and VI.
Wedge is a badass pilot and gets no credit for helping...
Day 1: All-time favorite character in Star Wars
Hm…All-Time favorite Character? Toughie…I love so many of them and everybody in Star Wars is awesome…for the most part.
I think I’d have to go with Obi-Wan Kenobi. More specifically, the Ewan McGregor Obi-Wan, not the elderly “You’re my only hope” Obi-Wan Kenobi.
Now why Obi-Wan?
Well, as much as I like Luke and Han and everybody like that, Obi-Wan was...
Let's do some Tumblin'
Well, I know I’m not a very good Tumblogger anymore, as I’ve been busy with my online winter class, as well as maintaining my own website, jtlabriola.com (check it out if ya havent!)
So I decided to get a nice Tumblr challenge on one of my favorite movie series, Star Wars!
It’ll hopefully keep me interested enough on Tumblr to get people to keep on following me and keep me on...
